All customers of Pink Poodle. Asian Fusion Dog Groomers Pte Ltd are subject and bound to the following.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The owner warrants and represents that the pet has taken all the vaccinations required by law, and that the pet is healthy, is not aggressive and has no underlying injuries of wounds which needs to be brought to the attention of Pink Poodle. Asian Fusion Dog Groomers Pte Ltd (PPAFDGPL). The owner acknowledges and agrees that PPAFDGPL has accepted to perform the services in reliance of the Owner’s warranty and representation.
  2. If the pet is hurt or ill, the Owner hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grants PPAFDGPL permission to take the pet to a veterinarian of PPAFDGPL ‘s choice, if the Owner’s preferred veterinarian whom has been expressly made known to PPAFDGPL is inaccessible or unavailable. All transport, veterinarian fees and medical expenses are to be borne by and paid promptly by the owner.
  3. PPAFDGPL will not be held responsible or liable for any sickness, injury or death to the pet whilst under PPAFDGPL’s care and control except due to PPAFDGPL’s willful default. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing. PPAFDGPL will not be held responsible or liable for clipper burns and/or minor nicks resulting from grooming of matted, neglected coats or for irritation caused by removing coats from pets with skin allergies. PPAFDGPL shall not be held responsible for stressful effects grooming may have upon an elderly pet.
  4. The owner acknowledges that small animals are susceptible to stress, and can actually die from stress. PPAFDGPL will use all reasonable endeavours to handle pets with care, but will not be liable if the pets die under any circumstances. Furthermore, PPAFDGPL will also not be responsible for any skin allergies that may result from use of PPAFDGPL’s shampoos or conditioners.
  5. PPAFDGPL reserves the right to charge additional fees for services. PPAFDGPL considers over and above the norm covered by PPAFDGPL’s standard rates. PPAFDG also reserves the right to refuse service to owners whose pets may pose a threat to PPAFDGPL’s staff or to other pets or animals left in PPAFDGPL’s care, whether it be an aggression problem, health problem or parasite problems.
  6. The owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PPAFDGPL and its staff from and against all losses, damages, claims, actions, proceedings, fines, demands, costs(including legal costs on an indemnity basis) and expenses that PPAFDGPL and or its staff may suffer, incur or be subjected to as a result of or in connection with any breach by the Owner of these terms and conditions, or where caused or contributed by the pet.
  7. In the event of any claim against PPAFDGPL and/or its staff, The Owner agrees that PPAFDGPL’s liability will be capped at and limited to the value of the services performed on the pet.
  8. Cancellation and No Show Policy: PPAFDGPL’s policy is that owners who do not show up or cancel appointments with less than a 24 hours notice will not be allowed to make another appointment until the owner pays the full cost of the one they missed.
  9. Owners who give their pets to PPAFDGPL for grooming or for any of their services are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions even if they do not sign any form/s.
